Music and Lyrics is a great girly film! It follows Alex
Fletcher, a previous 80s pop star who is given the chance
to write song for Cora Corman, the new modern pop
princess. He soon gets to work on a melody but has
serious problems with lyrics until Sophie Fisher who is
temporarily watering Alex’s plants appears to be a poet.
Sophie helps Alex with his song and sparks begin to fly
from there. This film is really funny, Hugh Grant singing
and dancing is something that cannot be missed! Even
the soundtrack is good! If you like music or romantic
comedies then this is the film for you!
As for boys, although Drew Barrymore and Haley Bennett
provide the babe factor, it lacks manly action and an
intense plot.
